This release introduces new tracking events related to parcel handling within our logistics network and expands the tracking catalogue with the addition of "Market Usage" information. This field clarifies the context where each tracking event applies, providing greater specificity for international and domestic parcel tracking. All new events in this release apply to the UK market.

New Events:

  • FMD.9002 - Parcel oversized: Indicates that a parcel has been flagged as oversized within our network. Operational. Market Usage: UK.
  • MMD.3001 - Containerised at Logistics Centre: Indicates that a parcel has been placed into a container at a logistics centre. Includes logisticsCentre as additional data. Operational. Market Usage: UK.
  • LMD.9018 - Delivery Attempt Failed: Indicates that a final delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Includes Location address as additional data. Customer-facing. Market Usage: UK.

  • LMD.3015 - Permanently Redirected to PUDO by InPost: Informs customers that their parcel has been permanently redirected to a PUDO due to capacity constraints. Includes pudopoint as additional data. Customer-facing. Market Usage: UK.
  • LMD.3016 - Permanently Redirected to APM by InPost: Informs customers that their parcel has been permanently redirected to an APM due to capacity constraints. Includes lockerpoint as additional data. Customer-facing. Market Usage: UK.

This release introduces several new tracking events to enhance visibility and provide more granular information throughout the delivery lifecycle. These updates primarily focus on collection point readiness, delivery attempts, parcel returns, and automated parcel machine (APM) interactions, with specific events tailored for the UK and Poland markets.

New Events:

General/All Markets:

  • LMD.1006 - Ready to collect at collection point: Indicates parcel readiness for collection. Includes lockerpoint and pudopoint as additional data. Customer-facing.
  • LMD.3001 - [Generic] Alternative collection point assigned: Informs about redirection to a new collection location. Includes lockerpoint and pudopoint as additional data. Customer-facing.
  • LMD.9015 - Delivery Attempt-Incorrect Delivery Details: Notifies of failed delivery due to incorrect address details. Includes Location address as additional data. Customer-facing.
  • LMD.9016 - Delivery Attempt-No access location: Indicates failed delivery due to access issues at the delivery location. Includes Location address as additional data. Customer-facing.
  • LMD.9017 - Delivery Attempt- No answer: Indicates failed delivery due to no answer at the delivery location. Includes Location address as additional data. Customer-facing.

Poland:

  • LMD.9014 - Uncollected Parcel- Return to sender initiated: Indicates return initiation for uncollected parcels after the expiry of the collection window. Customer-facing.

UK:

  • LMD.90198 - Parcel not collected: Notifies that the parcel was not collected from the collection point and will be returned to sender. Customer-facing.
  • LMD.9020 - APM not available- access issue: Indicates APM drop-off failure due to access issues. Operational.
  • LMD.9021 - Not suitable compartment on APM: Indicates APM drop-off failure due to unsuitable compartment size. Operational.
  • LMD.9022 - APM Full: Indicates APM drop-off failure due to the APM being full. Operational.
  • LMD.9023 - APM not available - login access issue: Indicates APM drop-off failure due to login access issues. Operational.
  • LMD.9024 - PUDO Closed: Indicates APM drop-off failure due to PUDO closure. Operational.
  • LMD.9025 - Access Issue on Delivery: Indicates delivery failure due to access issues at the delivery point. Operational.
